Systems Technician

TTSolutions is currently recruiting for Systems Technicians to work in our fast-paced and fun technology group.

We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic technician to be a part of our dynamic and growing company. This is a great opportunity for a person with basic tech skills looking for a career in the field of technology. You will learn a great deal about voice/video/data integrated networks, general computing systems, databases and web services. You will have opportunity to learn and advance your career in a growing technology services company. Successful candidates will be willing to learn and perform new tasks and responsibilities that comes with working a growing company.

In this role, you will:

– Monitor, review, and fulfill tasks assigned including Desktop computer/Server maintenance and support, Printer support
– Be routed to different customer sites to fulfill work orders
– Understand system deployment documents and accurately perform tasks to specification
– Provide superior customer service
– Generate practical, sustainable and creative options to solve problems and create business opportunities, while maximizing existing resources
– Make notes on all issues or complaints in a professional manner and relay information in a timely fashion
– Perform any task and responsibilities assigned by management
– Be required travel (occasionally) to project sites with overnight stays
– Learn a great deal about the IT services industry, work hard and have fun

Minimum requirements for this position include:

– High-School Graduate minimum, Associates degree a plus
– Able to complete standardized tests periodically to remain current on technology and best practices
– Able to lift a minimum of 55 pounds (PCs/ Monitors/ Printers etc)
– Able to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
– Good driving record, may need to pass drug screening
– Ability to self–direct and work in a high energy environment
